Ratio

Ratio examples:

Ratio is the numerical relation of one quantity to another of the same kind. To find the ratio of 2 m 25 cm to 75 cm, they first change 2 m 25 cm in to cm, which equals 225 cm. Now, they must find 225 cm to 75 cm
ratio is
= 3 : 1
They can write the above ratio as
(i) 3 : 1 or (ii) or (iii) the ratio 3 to 1 or (iv) 3

pre solve algebra answers

pre solve algebra answers

Algebra is a branch of mathematics concerning the study of structure, relation, and quantity. Together with geometry, analysis, combinatory, and number theory, algebra is one of the main branches of mathematics. Elementary algebra is often part of the curriculum in secondary educations. In this article, we are going lean to about step by step explanation for Pre algebra answers help.

Sample Problem for pre algebra answers online

Pre algebra answers help problem 1:

Solve the given equations and find out the x value x - 2 = -2

parts of a circle

Let us learn about parts of a circle

The circle is symbolically represented as o . The circle can drawn by at a point rotate with one complete revolution as 360° without changing the radius. That point which used for make the circle is called as the center of the circle. Let us about the parts of the circle and how to calculate that parts.

Parts of the Circle

Radius: It is the parts of the circle that be defined as the distance between the center of the cirlce and a point on the circle. It is denoted as the r.

Diameter: It is the parts of the circle that be defined as the distance between the two point on the circle which cross through the center of the circle. Its symbol is d. It is also called the longest chord, but not a every chord is a diameter.

The diameter is twice the times of radius in the circle.

Formula: D = 2r or r =(½) d

Chord: It is the parts of the circle that be defined as the line whose end points are on the circle.

Secant Line: It is defined as the line that be intersect the circle exactly at two points.

Tangent Line: It is defined as the line that be intersecting the circle on the point.
